Install the website widget

One script tag, a public site key, and an origin list. Visitors appear in the inbox when they write.

Write your first article

Open Help center, write a page, publish it. It appears in the widget and at your public help URL.

Switch from Intercom or Crisp

Paste the Cove snippet, remove the old tag, import people, help markdown, and optional thread transcripts.
