Help in Cove is built for the messenger first. The public URL is the same pages, not a second CMS.
What the Articles tab searches
Published articles in this workspace — title and body. Drafts are invisible. FAQs are the short question-and-answer pairs on the public help home; they are stored with articles but listed separately.
Write for search: short titles, the words people type, one idea per page. A visitor who types “refund” should hit a page that says refund in the title.
Public help URL
Published articles also appear at {your-workspace-slug}.coveinbox.co. That is a real site with collections, search, and a table of contents when the article has headings. You can CNAME a custom domain; we mark it verified or active only after DNS or TLS checks out.
If that URL is empty, nothing is published yet. Open Help center, write a page, click Publish.
In the inbox
The same corpus is what Cove Agent reads. Keep the pages accurate; a wrong article becomes a wrong draft.
Cove’s own help lives at coveinbox.co/help/cove. Yours is the subdomain on the Help center screen.
