The four rungs

Yearly is two months free. Extra seats $6 per month on Mini and up. Conversations are unlimited on every plan. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. Checkout is Dodo.

What you are buying on every paid plan

The live product does not jump a generation at Essentials. Widget (themes, glass, radius px, launcher), shared inbox, help in the messenger, {slug}.coveinbox.co, resolve, CSAT, quick replies, notes, assignment. Plus is listed for white-label and article drafts. WhatsApp, a portal, Broadcasts, and phone callbacks are in the workspace.

What is not on the invoice

• No $0.99 Fin outcome (Intercom, 29 Aug 2026).
• No Hugo credit packs (Crisp Mini $5 / Essentials $25 / Plus $75).
• No per-conversation cap.
• No Proactive Support Plus–style outbound pack.

Intercom and Crisp on the same date

Intercom Essential $29/seat + Fin $0.99/outcome (source). Crisp Mini $45 / Essentials $95 / Plus $295 per workspace (source). Cove Mini $39 / Essentials $89 / Plus $219. Names rhyme with Crisp. Feature parity does not.

Who should pick which rung

• Free: you answer your own site. 2 seats.
• Mini ($39): the usual startup desk, 10 seats, website chat.
• Essentials ($89): 25 seats. Same messenger and inbox.
• Plus ($219): 50 seats and the white-label / drafts line on the card. Not a different product.
