On Plus, Cove drafts a reply from published articles and saved replies. If nothing matches, it does not draft. It does not resolve the chat.
What is on screen
The conversation is open. A draft sits in the reply box, with the article it used. You edit it or delete it. Nothing is sent until you send it. If no published article matches, the box stays empty.

The draft comes from help you published and from saved replies. Draft articles are not used. The customer is not answering a hidden page.

Who should stay
Stay on Intercom, Crisp, or Zendesk if your team already runs their full suite and you need pieces Cove does not ship. Cove shows recent Shopify orders beside a thread when the shop is connected. It does not refund or edit those orders, does not take voice calls, does not sign in to Gmail or Outlook, and does not send article drafts by itself.
